Frequently Asked Questions
What is considered a window?
A pane of glass surrounded by a frame is considered one window.
How do you clean windows?
The way of the mop and squeegee. Also known as traditional window cleaning. This is the first way to clean a window. This can be broken down into two basic groups. First is maintenance cleanings. Using a process I developed through schooling and years of experience that removes baked on dirt and some foreign substances. Revealing a shiny clean window. Second, construction cleaning. This style of cleaning will remove paint, caulking, conctrete and most other foreign substances but will not remove hard water. Hard water removal has its own seperate process that is available to be done as well. The second way to clean windows from an exterior maintenance standpoint is waterfed cleaning. This involves the use of highly filtered pure water with a window cleaning specific brush attached to a pole. This method offers high quality maintenance window cleaning without the risk of using ladders in many cases. No matter of how the window cleaning process is done, quality and safety is top priority.
How often should I get my windows cleaned?
Generally cleaning once a year interior & exterior will suffice to keep the dirt down. Optimally, cleaning the windows on the interior & exterior twice a year during the spring & fall is what I call the sweet spot. If it's your first time get what you need of course but, I would suggest getting the works. Inside & outside window cleaning. Screen washing & track cleanout. This gets the whole area clean! In the end it's up to you, your needs & how a clean shiny window can brighten YOUR day! All that's left is find the right schedule and services for you to keep them shining the way YOU like it!
